K tech PC is a small, home-based company, guaranteeing that you will always talk to a real person on the phone and your service will always be curteous, professional, and affordable. Unlike many other computer repair shops and stores, working on computers is our passion and this is proven over and over again through our quality work and professional customer relationships. Our schedule is flexibile, so whether you need help at midnight or later, or on the weekends, we will be available. These days, time is money and there surely are not enough hours in the day, so schedule your PC repair around your schedule. If your Apple or Windows PC needs repair or an upgrade, then call us! We guarantee our labor for a period of 30 days from the date of service. If we didn't fix it correctly, simply give us a call and we will come back and fix it. Parts are guaranteed for different periods of time depending on manufacturer, but are normally covered under a 1 year parts warranty. Used parts are never used unless requested by the customer, and are normally covered under a 30 day parts warranty. All parts used during repair or upgrade will always be new unless specifically requested.

We accept all payment types including money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, cash, and all major credit cards via Paypal. Payment is expected upon completion of services. Please note that we have a very strict personal check policy. If you intend on paying with personal check, we require proper and current ID with correct address. If the check bounces, you will be notified within 15 days. If payment is not received in the form of cash or certified funds, you will receive a legal notice and after 15 days if payment still is not received the State Attorney's Office will begin criminal prosecution. All bounced checks are subject to a $40 fee.

Our services are billed at an hourly rate. The rates are on each page for the different services we provide in the navigation bar on the left. All services are billed with a minimum of 1 hour. Mileage is free if you live within 15 miles of Lutz/Land O'Lakes (ZIP code 33559). Each additional mile costs $1.00 per mile. Most South Tampa, Tampa, Lutz, Land O'Lakes, and communities will not be charged mileage.
